WHO MAY USE JONES COUNTY JETS?

Jones County JETS is available to everyone within Jones County. The system is especially committed to transporting the elderly, those in wheelchairs, and those with physical or mental disabilities.

ONE-WAY FARES

Door -to Door service is available:

Monday-Friday

7:oo A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Within Jones County

Within city limits: $2.00 each way

Between cities: $3.00 each way

Extra Stops within same town $1.00

Special trip rates / Out of couty : $25.00 per hr if we have to wait and return. ( $25.00 each way if no waiting is involved )

To reserve a ride, call Jones County JETS at:

319-462-2143 or 1-800-453-0906.

Office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations should be made at least 24 hrs. in advance and should be made before 12:00 p.m. Out of county trips should be made

at least 7 days in advance.

Have the following information ready when you call:

. Your name,address, and phone number;

. Name and address of destination;

.Date and time you wish to go;

. Date and time you wish to return;

. Are you in a wheelchair,or do you require specil assistance?

.Do you have an escort riding with you?

. Are you reserving a ride for others?
